5th class have been working on their fitness over the last number of weeks. They are taking part in circuit classes during PE. This consists of 10/12 exercises of 40 seconds duration. They have a rest of 20 seconds between each station before they begin the next one. The circuit is completed twice and is varied from week to week. They are working on agility, balance, coordination as well as core strength and cardiovascular fitness. As you can see from the pictures they are having great fun whilst improving fitness levels at the same time.
